Service Details:
1. Applicable products: HP shredder;
2. Service time: From 0:00 on the 16th day to 1 year after the completion of the independent product order;
3. Service area: Mainland China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan);
4.  Service content: under normal use, damage caused by the following reasons (no self-disassembly,artificial
Intentional damage), we provide users with 1 replacement service:
a. Performance failure caused by damage to mechanical or electrical components;
b. Performance failures caused by environmental factors (heat, dust, moisture);
c.Performance failure caused by power peak/voltage instability.
5. Replacement products: We will give you priority to replace products of the same model. If the product is updated or withdrawn from the market, we will replace it with products with the same function;
6. Service method: delivery. The user sends the faulty product and provides the logistics order number, and the after-sales service center will receive it.After the parts are removed, a replacement product will be issued;
7. After replacement, the replaced faulty equipment belongs to us.

Gold service card usage:
1. After receiving the "Gold Medal Service Card", the user can apply for the use of the after-sales service at 400-834-6315 from 8:00-18:00 (Monday to Saturday) from 0:00 on the 16th day to one year after the order is completed. ;
2.  When applying for use, the user needs to submit the product purchase invoice, product model and product body serial number;
3. After-sales customer service will provide users with "Gold Medal Service Card" service after confirming the product model, body serial number and "Gold Medal Service Card" card number.

important hint:
The coverage of this service does not cover the following:
a. Product failure caused by intentional damage, appearance damage and performance degradation, such as: deformation,glue opening,paint peeling,scratches,wear,natural cracking of the shell,corrosion of the body,noise,etc.;
b.  Catastrophic damage to the machine (such as machine perforation,crushing,missing parts,separation,etc.) that cannot be repaired condition;
c. Damage caused by installation,use,maintenance,storage,etc. not in accordance with the instructions for use,such as insect damage,animal gnawing,etc. bite;
d. The product serial number is missing, altered or inconsistent with the registered service product;
e. Failure or damage caused by force majeure factors (such as fire,earthquake,flood,etc.);
f. Commodities disassembled, modified or repaired by service providers not authorized by us;
g. Failure occurs after the service time is exceeded.

No. HP is a trademark of HP Inc. or its affiliates used by Bonsen Electronics under license from HP Inc. Bonsen Electronics provides the service covered by the above warranty, and has the final right to determine to provide the service.
